Do we need to pay upfront?
No. Our model is success-based. You only pay once a candidate has been successfully hired.
What happens if a candidate cancels before the season starts?
We offer a replacement guarantee within the first 14 days. If someone drops out, we provide another qualified candidate at no extra cost.
